Welcome to Happy Tea. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services in Sialkot, Pakistan.

1. Ordering & Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of price. Standard drink orders are typically prepared shortly after confirmation. Large or catering orders may require advance notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.) and are inclusive of local taxes where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.

3. Payments & Screenshot Verification

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and manual transfers via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank accounts. For wallet/bank transfers, the order is marked Pending and will only be prepared/dispatched once a valid transaction receipt screenshot is shared via WhatsApp and verified by our team.

4. Delivery Limitations

Our delivery services are restricted to municipal areas of Sialkot. You must provide an accurate address and working phone number. We are not liable for delayed deliveries due to wrong addresses, weather anomalies, or road closures.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, prices, and policies at any time without prior notice.
